These Terms of Use govern the use of internal applications, integrations, and automated systems operated by BNB Facilities Inc. (“BNB Facilities,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Purpose and Authorized Use
BNB Facilities operates internal business applications and integrations to support its business activities, including customer management, accounting, invoicing, estimates, service operations, reporting, recordkeeping, and workflow automation.
These systems are intended for use only by BNB Facilities Inc., its authorized personnel, and authorized service providers.
2. QuickBooks Online Integration
Certain BNB Facilities applications may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit APIs. Access to QuickBooks Online is authorized by BNB Facilities Inc. and is used solely to perform legitimate business functions, including accessing, creating, updating, and managing customer, accounting, invoice, estimate, payment, product, service, and related business records.
3. Authorization and Access
Users may access these systems only when authorized by BNB Facilities Inc. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, APIs, credentials, or other resources.
4. Data and Privacy
Information processed through these applications and integrations is handled in accordance with the BNB Facilities Privacy Policy. Users must handle business and customer information responsibly and only for authorized business purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
Our applications may use or connect with third-party platforms and service providers, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and automation or infrastructure providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
6. Security
BNB Facilities uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect its business systems and information. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
7. Availability and Changes
BNB Facilities may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue its internal applications or integrations at any time as business, technical, security, or regulatory requirements change.
8. Disclaimer
Internal applications and integrations are provided for authorized business use. While BNB Facilities takes reasonable measures to maintain reliable systems, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BNB Facilities Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or unavailability of its internal applications or integrations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when our business practices, systems, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
